The 7115 Signal Integrity Monitor accepts one analog video signal and four analog audio signals. The 7116A Signal Integrity Monitor accepts one SDI video signal and two stereo AES signals. The 7116B Signal Integrity Monitor accepts one SDI video signal and its four embedded audio signals.
Each Signal Integrity Monitor has these features:
- programmable alarm settings with fully adjustable signal levels and detection timing
- programmable signal averaging up to 128 fields to detect spikes and trends
- alarm settings can be combined to detect up to 10 specialized conditions per video or audio signal
- front-mounted tricolor LED's show current alarm status
- relay contact closure for each signal indicates alarm to external device
- alarm activity is time and date stamped and logged into non-volatile storage for later examination
- audible alarm annunciator can be disabled permanently or just temporarily by pressing a pushbutton
- loop-thru RJ-12 port for RS-422 connection to remote control panels or alarm system server
- SMPTE / EBU time code port to synchronize internal clock with local time
- 9-pin RS-232 port for initial set-up, diagnostics, calibration^ under monitor displays, logging printer, or host computer
